the self, reframed

summer cohort

a 6 week virtual cohort in somatic self inquiry and the art of relating to your inner world

june 16 - july 19

until june 1!

  • an arrival. orienting to the space, the framework, and each other. beginning to notice where you are starting from ~ without needing to change it.

  • the body as a barometer. learning to listen to sensation, tension, and signal as information rather than obstacle.

  • the breath as bridge. exploring how breath shapes and reflects your inner state ~ and how it can guide you back into presence.

  • the stories you carry. gently bringing awareness to the narratives that organize your experience, and opening space around them.

  • self in relationship. noticing how you meet others — where you open, close, adapt, or protect — and what emerges between.

  • weaving it all together. integrating what’s been uncovered, and anchoring a way of relating to yourself that can continue beyond the cohort.

we’ll meet on zoom for 2 hours at a time in a dedicated weekly container.

the timing will depend on the cohort’s availability.

when registering, please let me know what timing works best for you.

a framework for meeting the self through 4 vantage points

this is a space to slow down and turn toward yourself ~ not as a problem to fix, but as a landscape to learn how to be with.

over six weeks, we’ll explore four primary vantage points of the self: the body, the breath, personal narrative, and the relational field. each one offering a different lens into how you move through the world ~ how you protect, attach, perceive, and respond.

this framework isn’t about becoming someone new. it’s about learning to see more clearly what’s already here.

through guided somatic inquiry, gentle teaching, and experiential practices, we’ll begin to map the inner terrain ~ noticing patterns without needing to rush to change them. creating space where there was once contraction. making room instead of trying to get rid of.

this is an invitation into a different kind of relationship with yourself ~ one rooted in awareness, inclusion, and curiosity.

we meet once a week in an intimate group setting. each session will include teaching, guided practice, and space for reflection or integration.

you don’t need to have experience with this work ~ only a willingness to listen inward.
